- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went into the location to make a withdraw. Dont belong to this credit union, but they are the closest. While standing in line I called their number. The phone rings to a back office only. After about 50 rings the girl went into the office, turned down the ringer, then left the office closing the door behind her. Never a thought of actually answering the phone. My recommendation, stay away, stay far away!!!By A Google User, May 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They really don't answer the phone. Been trying to call and close my account as they still send snail mail to old address. Snail mail?! come on its 2011 we have email now. Was disappointed with the debit cards offered by this institution. Debit cards offered by this institution don't won't work as debit at many popular places (such as Home Depot) and they will have to be run as credit (no pin # rewards or the ability to get cash back).
