  I find it hard to believe that there are only positive reviews and no negative reviews after the way Mark O'Connell and his staff treated us and our case. They sat on our case for almost 2 years (11/2012 - 9/2014) and misled us to believe they were working on it, continuously lying to us. They told us they were going to talk to the medical bill creditors several times over the course of a few months when they didn't and now my husband has a credit score is so low it will take a decade to recover. They put us off every time we called by telling us they were taking care of everything. They misread the police report and said we were the cause of the accident - totally incompetent. They avoided our phone calls over the last several weeks and then dropped the case. My advice to anyone considering this law firm would be to hire a competent law firm before putting yourself through more brain damage. It's bad enough to deal with a head injury without having to constantly monitor an attorney's work and question if your best interest is being taken into consideration.

  This is a fantastic law firm! Mike O'Connell is a superb trial attorney with a wonderful staff. They handle all sorts of personal injury cases here in Denver (and all over Colorado) but give each one their utmost attention and focus. The O'Connell law firm is devoted to the needs of their clients and are very honest and straightforward. Definitely give them a call if you're in need of a skilled team of professionals!

  I just wanted to thank The O'Connell Law Firm again for its professionalism and sincerity in the handling of my personal injury matter.
