  As awful as we ever imagined. We do our taxes with these clowns every year for the last 6yrs. We're one of those morons who does their taxes in February EVERY YEAR!! we always pay that nebulas "$100+ tax" so H&R has our back for whatever. We only want a tax history of last month, nothing fancy! And they cannot help us for 3-5 business days. We're just trying to sell our house, just need a copy, no help at all, at all! Never trust your future to these schisters again. At this point, 6yrs of honest business, from our part, down the drain.. Get a CPA, they have your back.

  Outrageous prices with not an ounce of sympathy about it. They wanted 40% of my $400 refund as prepare fee (and kept telling me to 'look at the withholding, THAT'S why you get so little'). Pay no attention to this large number on paper in front of you that says Prepare Fee, ha ha. Guaranteed to get the most back for you my foot; I literally walked out and said I'm not paying this much (not to mention they killed the Emerald cards here so the soonest they said I'd get money was 21 days IF I wanted to waste almost half my return). Need a tax smartphone app for a one-time few dollars to stop robbing ppl in the offices

  Been dealing with this office for about 30 years. Love Twilla Dilworth! Shes great! The office staff greets me by name and knows who i am when i walk in the door. Very friendly people! Had to talk to Eric as well this year and he was also very helpfull and friendly.
